- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your stay with us, there will be a service charge of $20.00 per room per night. This is provided you give us more than two weeks notice for Non-Holidays/Special Events or more than 30 days notice for Holidays/Special Events. Otherwise, unless you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, you will be charged the FULL amount of the stay. We will issue a refund only if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate, less the service charge of $20.00 per room per night.
- Check-in is between 3:00-6:00 pm unless other arrangements have been made. Checkout is at 11:00 am.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. Corporate rates are $85.00 for single occupancy weekdays only. All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Special Events include Mardi Gras, Pilgrimage, Boo Run, and Candlelight. There is a 2-night minimum for special events.
- There is an additional 6% Texas hotel occupancy tax and an additional 7% City of Jefferson hotel/motel occupancy tax added to the above room rates.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- We are a smoke free facility. Smoking is permitted outside only. No candle burning.
- We apologize, but we cannot accommodate children under 16 years old.
- We do not have the facilities to board your pet, but Pet Palace is located at 1503 Titus St. in Jefferson and their number is 903-665-7437.
